My daughter is experiencing a cough, has fatigue, slightly pale in face, has had 2 bouts of diarrhea, vomited 2x mucus could this be whooping cough? She has had no fever.

It : It is not clear to me how old your daughter is. Whooping cough, pertussis, is on the increase, because of un-immunized people or people whose immunizations are no longer effective. If your daughter has been fully immunized and is up-to-date, then whooping cough is less likely. Whooping cough causes severe paroxysms of coughing, often to the point that the patient vomits. If a patient has these symptoms, with shortness of breath, or has fever, rash, or vomiting, then they should contact their physician for an evaluation. ...Read more

I have orange/red mucus in stool. Threw up and had diarrhea Monday at 5 am from either drinking too much or eating oysters the night before. Related?

Gastroenteritis?: My first thought, based on acuity and symptoms, would be acute gastroenteritis, perhaps viral or food-borne. Could be related to the oysters (raw). Or from alcohol. Or both. However, this should only last 3-5 days, so if you're still sick certainly by 7 days we would need to entertain other possibilities: infectious colitis, inflammatory colitis, gallbladder, pancreas. ...Read more

Yes you can take advil as long as your stomach is ok, but if you still have nausea or feel little sick I will recommend take tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain as it is gentle on your stomach than advil. ...Read more
