Overheating: Almost certainly the exercise and heat. This is a bit like asking whether a sudden headache is from clubbed on the head with a baseball bat or a brain tumor instead. Such a coincidence could occur but obviously is unlikely. Unless you have been definitely exposed to someone with viral gastroenteritis, it's probably not the problem. Alcohol Poisoning: Hi i cannot rule out alcohol poisoning from your description. You may need to re-hydrate, take your vitamins and eat some meals with good nutrition. Several poss. causes: Dizziness after eating can be associated with a number of medical issues, most commonly postprandial hypoglycemia, where blood sugar levels drop after eating. Other causes include postprandial hypotension (low blood pressure after a meal), kidney or thyroid disease, and gastritis or reflux. There are others but this is a good place to start. I would rec. Intoxicated, hit head. Headache 24 hours later. Ct scan at bad hospital said no fracture or bleeding. 72 hours later slight headache still "dazed" ok?
Follow up with M.D.: Still dazed without additional symptoms is fairly common after such an injury. However it is ALWAYS a good idea to follow up with your primary physician in 48 hrs. after such an injury to make sure everything is fine. Doubt STD: The immediate symptoms were just irritation, gas, or something along those lines. No infection can cause symptoms that fast. Even the diarrhea probably is unrelated; most STDs from anal sex would cause rectal or anal pain, sores, discharge, etc. So probably just a coincidence. But see doctor if it continues. Unrelated: Headaches and nausea are very nonspecific symptoms and can have many causes. Severe headaches associated with nausea can be migraines or can be more serious and caused by increased intercranial pressure.
