Probably GI: given that it began after a burp and burning. Burping may be associated reflux of stomach acid up into the esophagus, causing burning due to the irritation of the delicate lining of the esophagus. This irritation & resulting inflammation can result in bleeding. GI bleeds can be very serious and even life threatening. Abdominal pain : You gave obviously been to a whole conference of physicians. You already have a huge list of legitimate GI diagnoses. If the stool is still bloody/black you need to do more. Sorry. Add these to your find out list- mechel's diverticula, h pylori, c diff, milk allergy, and endoscopy. Perhaps you need a second opinion from another doctor and hospital. Possible emergency.: The elevated white count and gas around the gall bladder could be quite serious. I'm not sure where you got this info, especially about the gas. Get off the internet and get to your doctor asap. ...Read more

Probably not....: Blood-tinged sputum is typically caused by bronchitis, which is an infection in the lung airways. You could also have post-nasal drip and the blood is from the nose or sinuses. You need to quit smoking ASAP as this is contributing to inflammation in the airways which predisposes you to acute bronchitis. See your doctor for diagnosis/treatment and to help you quit smoking! ...Read more

Ask your DR for an: Accurate diagnosis. If all the tests are normal, it could just be irritation of the bronchial tubes from bronchitis.Have a TB skin test done. Hope all goes well ! ...Read more

Probable CP: Pancreatic divisum is failure of the dorsal and ventral ducts of the early developing pancreas to fuse into a major duct system. Blood in urine may be from a possible renal or bladder lesion but unrelated to pancreatic problem. Pain when no defined kidney stones would have to be related to common association of pancreatic divisum and pancreatitis. ...Read more
