Burping may be associated reflux of stomach acid up into the esophagus, causing burning due to the irritation of the delicate lining of the esophagus. Abdominal pain : You gave obviously been to a whole conference of physicians. You already have a huge list of legitimate GI diagnoses. If the stool is still bloody/black you need to do more. Sorry. Add these to your find out list- mechel's diverticula, h pylori, c diff, milk allergy, and endoscopy. Perhaps you need a second opinion from another doctor and hospital. Probably not....: Blood-tinged sputum is typically caused by bronchitis, which is an infection in the lung airways. You could also have post-nasal drip and the blood is from the nose or sinuses. You need to quit smoking ASAP as this is contributing to inflammation in the airways which predisposes you to acute bronchitis. Probable CP: Pancreatic divisum is failure of the dorsal and ventral ducts of the early developing pancreas to fuse into a major duct system. Blood in urine may be from a possible renal or bladder lesion but unrelated to pancreatic problem.
