Shallow breather due to minor cp. Only thing is i sound breathy, voice projection issues when nervous. Deep breathing exc hard to commit to, why?

92 yo sleep issues.: My guess is that 'raindrops' maybe from postnatal drip or oropharyngeal secretions. The gaspin and sighs are likely due to sleep apnea, from a central and obstructive cause. It sounds like: You may have one social anxiety. Medicines ike sertraline 25 mg can help, atenolol 25 mg is another. You can get caught in a cumulative feedback loop where it becomes more difficult.
