Unusual: One light spot is unlikely to be vitiligo. Of course you could get a second opinion from a dermatologist but if it is truly "tiny", is it a major concern? ...Read more

Pigment cells: This is caused by pigmentbcells at the base of the nail and is common in african americans. The vitiliog is not conner ted but can be treated depending on the area, and size of the vitiigo. The lines do not require treatment.
