Can you take Clomid (clomiphene) and soy isoflavones together? 50 mg Clomid (clomiphene) and 50 mg soy isoflavones?
Hard to say for sure: soy isoflavones are not regulated by the FDA like estrogen, so it is difficult to know if they will interfere with your clomid (clomiphene). I would stop them while on clomid (clomiphene) and just take more soy in your diet like soy milk or soy based foods like edamame ...Read more

I have PMDD. What supplements are safe together? 5htp, St. John's wort, vitex, calcium, omega 3, d, magnesium, b? I don't want serotonin syndrome.
St Johns & 5htp: Avoid using both St Johns Wort and 5htp. Usually taking prescription SSRIs in combo and some other psychotropic medications can cause that so following close care by doctor is needed. Try to find a naturopath. The other items you mention do not relate to serotonin - so this is not a risk. ...Read more
