I am taking Baby Asprin, multi vitamin (50+), Vit D 1000 U, Fish Oil (4000mg) daily.
Does this cause tinnitus?
Which one is cause?
I have constant high pitch tinnitus from inner ear surgery. Im 12 weeks post op and the noise is driving me crazy. I was taking Valium at night but stopped. Is there anything else i can do? Vitamins?
Tinnitus: Unfortunately, tinnitus is not an easy one to treat, especially if it occurred after surgery. Unless you've made a contact with the ENT who did the surgery, i would strongly suggest you call him and discuss that with him. Your surgery may need revision or certain studies to be done. Many good choices: B complex is important for mental function, as well as minerals like magnesium, so a good multivitamin is a good place to start. Gingko is an herb, not a vitamin. It can help but i find lesser-known herbs like bacopa, vinpocetine & huperzine often help even more.
