Caffeine caution: From what I found, there is 120 mg of caffeine in an 8 oz. Spark energy drink, which is similar to amount in 8 oz of coffee. Too much caffeine can increase heart rate, raise blood pressure, anxiety and cause insomnia. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has similar side effects. You can. The only: Double-blind study I know of gave Omega 3's & 6's in kids already on methylphenidate preparations, not amphetamines for valid diagnoses of ADHD. Re-evaluate: There is no problem with taking biotin and a multi-vitamin. Be sure it has methyl folate (folic acid) 500 mcg and methyl cobalamine 500 mcg. There are many different "pill" vitamins and many different gummy vitamins, so it is impossible to make a blanket statement. Just as some pills are better than others, some gummies are better.
