What vitamin supplements should one avoid when taking 75 mg plavix, two 81mg aspirin and 40mg crestor (rosuvastatin) daily?
High dose E BUT...: Vitamins are by definition essential for health so I'm wary of any drug that makes it necessary to avoid vitamins. The only vit. That interacts with these is Vit E, which in high doses thins blood so may increase risk of bleeding with Plavix (clopidogrel) & aspirin. Does fat content increase the absorption of vitamin D2, or this only apply to D3? Does vitamin D2 interact with B12? How do I optimize D2 absorption?

Hemp seed oil has the ideal mix of essential omega 3 & 6 fatty acids as well as other beneficial compounds & is arguably the healthiest oil (though not good for cooking).
There are no known interactions but because it is a natural blood thinner caution should be used if on blood thinners.

In many ways but a key one is bones are made of minerals (calcium, magnesium etc.) & collagen; vitamins are essential to absorb minerals & build collagen. We can't absorb calcium without vit. D &a. Vit. K directs calcium to our bones (instead of arteries/soft tissues). Vit c supports collagen production.
