Good diet: If your diet is deficient in green and red veggies, 10 mg of lutein and 2 mg of zea xanthine is good. Not especially : Drinking a glass of orange juice daily and keeping up your fruit intake is enough vitamin c. Since it is a water soluble vitamin, your body will excrete any excess. I am not aware of any data supporting mega vitamin c for this kind of wound healing. May get a little worse before it fully resolves and go through purple to brown to yellow stages.
