B12, folate, (folic acid) 25(OH): 25(oh)vitamin d. I don't think that minerals are likely culprits, but lyme neuroborreliosis can cause panic disorder. Aside from the antimicrobials you are already taking, i would wonder, if the timing fits your lyme's progression, whether this is a true organic panic disorder, in which case an antipsychotic as a central nervous system stabilizer could be more helpful. ...Read more

Get D3 level checked: Vitamin d deficiency can cause anxiety and could potentially lead to panic attacks, but it would be relatively low on the list of possibilities. It is easy to check you level with a blood test. Vitamin d3 level is best. You can have a normal calcium and deficient vitamin d. Not sure: However possible sxs from low blood sugar (nausea, palpitations,^'ed irritability & feeling dizzy) can also occur with panic attacks.
