Not good combination: Consult you doctor before doing anything, versus self medicate especially with your thyroid condition not being stabilized and taking migraine meds. Licorice can increase cortisol levels and make your migraines worse. Always better to be safe than sorry. B Vits, A, C, D & E: Many vitamins are needed for healthy hair, including b3, b5, b6, b12, biotin & a, c, d, e & zinc. Why supplements?: Your thyroid and adrenals are precisely regulated by the pituitary and other factors. If your thyroid and adrenal are functioning normally, then you don't need supplements, and they will not help you. If your thyroid or adrenals are underactive, then you need to take hormone replacement. Best done by a doctor who knows about this (eg. An endocrinologist).
