I suffer from chronic dry skin and am moving to a different climate with higher elevation where problem will likely be worse. Can I take vitamins or supplements to limit impact?
Vitamin e is beneficial to the skin. The best things you can do to limit the dry skin are the following:

2) lubricate after shower and frequently
