Unlikely to be a pbm: Vitamin c is a water soluble vitamin that you start dumping into your urine as soon as it reaches a level above the bodies need. It does not store in the body & produce overuse disorders like some. Yes-maybe: Previously, it was not recommended & is still controversial. However, many women do not get all the nutrients they need. Ideally, it would be best to get your nutrients from 'real' food & exposure to sunlight (re vit d). Nutrients are best absorbed from real healthy food.
