Can I apply Vitamin e on my skin directly from capsules? I have been doing this for week now and my skin looks noticeably better.
Since you have been doing this, obviously you can! You are probably also asking if this is safe and yes, it is. However, it is best to use natural Vit E which is d-alpha tocopherol with mixed tocopherols. Avoid synthetic E (dl-alpha tocopherol).
Many studies show that applying Vit E is very beneficial.
