In some cases: We don't really know what causes fibromyalgia. Some studies have found that many who have fibromyalgia have vitamin d deficiency, while others have not found this. Not cause, but....: It's a really important deficiency to correct as well and soon as possible. here are links to depression reported and even to thought disorders, but all mental symptoms can overlap and if anxiety is a tendency for you, a D deficiency might contribute to you feel that way. Lack of sun exposure: Lack of adequate sun exposure also leads to vitamin d deficiency in adults, too. However, sun exposure + sun block won't work. You need sun exposure w/o sun block, which then increases risk for skin cancer. Not to mention, it's pretty hot in uae to go outside. Better/safer to take vitamin d supplement.
