I take Chewable Vitamin C with Rose Hips 500mg tablets. Im assuming its 500mg a tablet? My main question is... Is it bad 2 take more than 2 at a time?

Daily maintenance dose would be one 1K tab in the a.m. and one 1K tab in the p.m. It only lasts in your body for about 12 hours so whatever you take needs to be in divided doses.
