Vitamin B2 Migraine
Chronic fatigue, tiredness, general "out of it" feeling, back/flank pain, GERD, IBS, migraine headaches, palpitations, waking from sleep with racing heart, low vitamin d levels, ferritin level of 14, TSH fluctuations; what could this be?
I take vitamin B2 for migraines, calcium for low bone density and just a multivitamin. Am i taking too many vitamins?
Hello, I'm taking vitamin b2 at 400mg a day for migraines. Could that be causing my recent constipation? I am also taking 400mg of Magnesium.
Doubtful: Vitamin B2 shouldn't cause constipation. But magnesium is helpful for many patients' constipation. You can increase the magnesium to twice a day if using it once a day doesn't fix your constipation. Had brain mri. Dr said it shows small strokes that are common in migraine. Said don't worry gave me b vitamin. Freaking out. is this common?
This can happen: Yes, studies now do show that migraine sufferers do have little areas of scar tissue, believed to be areas of previous loss of oxygen due to constriction of blood vessels due to migraine attacks. Are there any scientific studies proving vitamin B6 and magnesium are helpful in preventing migraine headaches? If so, what's the prescribed dosages.
Yes: Several studies prove magnesium can prevent migraine headaches. Is there a way to remove vitamin d-3 from the body? Er doc diagnosed my mom with an d-3 overdose; it's given her a solid migraine for 30+ days now.
I am having chronic illness from past 5-6 years. Fatigue ,difficult to concentrate, vitamin deficiency anemia but normal now, zigzag vision,lack of sleep .
