Doubtful: Vitamin B2 shouldn't cause constipation. But magnesium is helpful for many patients' constipation. You can increase the magnesium to twice a day if using it once a day doesn't fix your constipation. Try them for 3 months, and if your migraines aren't less frequent and less severe, please give me a call and we can discuss additional preventive meds. ...Read more

This can happen: Yes, studies now do show that migraine sufferers do have little areas of scar tissue, believed to be areas of previous loss of oxygen due to constriction of blood vessels due to migraine attacks. Yes: Several studies prove magnesium can prevent migraine headaches. I recommend 400 mg/day of magnesium taurate or glycinate- see http://umm.Edu/health/medical/altmed/condition/migraine-headache one study showed 25 mg of b6 with 2 mg of Folic Acid ; 400 mcg of B12 helps- see http://migraine.Com/migraine-treatment/natural-remedies/vitamin-b6-for-migraine-headaches/ b6 ; mag.
