ITP: You really should discuss this with your hematologist who treated your itp and/or whomever follows you for this condition. I cannot personally recommend you to take an "herbal concentrate" since it is not monitored by the fda and side effects have been reported. ...Read more

A deficiency is suspected when rbcs increase in size (e.g., high MCV and/or MCH in cbc) and can cause megaloblastic anemia. Symptoms can include fatigue and neuropathy.
