It depends on: if you have any nutritional deficiencies, reasons for a nutritionally incomplete diet or malabsorption syndromes. Remember if you don't have any defined nutritional deficiencies you are better off getting your micronutrients like the B vitamins from whole foods rather than from supplementation. Alternatively if all you have is a B12 deficiency then you should be fine with a B12 supplement. ...Read more

However, a few individuals experience GI upset when taking too many pills at the same time. If you are one of those, experiment with spacing them out and be sure to drink a lot of water with each dose. Stay well:) ...Read more
Not likely unless...: Unless you're truly deficient, it's not likely that you'll find much benefit from b complex vitamins. Sure we look for B12 & folate (folic acid) deficiency in alzheimer's dementia, but I have yet to correct someone's levels & return their thinking process. It definitely wouldn't be enough anticoagulant to treat that very serious condition. B-complex does not have anticoagulant properties. If you are taking coumadin/warfarin, tell your doctor about all the medications and supplements you are taking. ...Read more
