"Correct" level of vitamin D are quite arbitrary - usually given as 30 but as low as 15 may be fine. Some recent studies also suggest higher levels may even be harmful. Why not get tested?: About 50% of pregnant women have iron deficiency due to the effects of pregnancy. That would not be relevant to you now 15 years later.
