After that reduce the dose to about 2000 units/day. it may be beneficial to add a multivitamin to your daily routine. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Analysis: Why do you take all these items?. Where did you find such advice? Glutathione is a wonderful anti-oxidant, but does NOT cross into the brain, so of questionable value in bloodstream. Milk thistle extract has questionable benefit in most cases. Alpha lipoic useful in peripheral and central nerve disorders. You are far better off using mixed tocopherols, especially with gamma. I don't think: it matters if you use the glycolic acid in the morning or night application, but most would advise you use your retinol/Retin-A the opposite time of day. Many find the glycolic acid too drying/peeling for use during day (peeling looking skin). I recommend avoiding vitamin C serum at the same time as retinol; consider using the vitamin C every 2-3 days in place of glycolic acid. Good wishes:) ...Read more
