Improve them how?: AREDS is a brand/type of multivitamin that's been shown to lower risk of macular degeneration progression. Whether it'll prevent development is still debated. While we need vitamin A for eye health, excess is bad for our health. Think Goldilocks: not too hot/cold. In general, eat right, exercise regularly & get enough sleep is best approach rather than taking supplements to cover lifestyle errors. ...Read more
