See eye doctor.: I do not think that palinopsia or having trailing images, as a specific complaint, is listed as a known complication. This medication, however excellent, has been known to cause significant eye problems that can be irreversible. Such things as narrow angle glaucoma can also occur. Could be migraine: Some people have a visual migraine (visual symptoms with no headache) with flashing in the peripheral vision that resolves after a few minutes.
