A medical emergency: If these are new symptoms and came on rather fast, i would suggest getting to the er fast--call paramedic (don't drive yourself as you are not seeing well). I fear that you possibly having a stroke at this time. Other neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis may cause same, but i would not take that chance at this time. Please get evaluated asap. Dry eyes: Your symptoms are consistent with dry eyes. Fluctuating vision would certainly make fitting for contacts more difficult. There is no reason to assume that the dry eyes are related to the glaucoma. However, travatan can potentially exacerbate dry eyes. ...Read more

Meds OK: I don't understand the 2, 5*2, 3? But if it's a prolactinoma, it should be treated first with medications (cabergoline or bromocriptine) before thinking about surgery, especially when it's causing no vision problems. ...Read more
