We do not Guess: First, it takes about fourteen or so days for the pregnant female body to know it is pregnant. Thus any symptoms before these fourteen days have passed are not in any way pregnancy related. I am sure you know this simple fact, but perhaps have forgotten it.

Should check it out: This does not sound normal. Although u r a bit on the young side, the superior vena cava syndrome--blockage of the large vein that returns blood to the heart. Thus obstruction of the vein results in swelling of the head/neck/face/chest etc...Of course starting out as distended veins, headache, shortness of breath, arm swelling etc...
