Can I use xylocaine (lidocaine) or lignocaine to ounce vagina during first time intercourse to reduce pain?

You could: But, if you 2 take your time are easy with each other, you won't need lidocaine. Lidocaine probably won't penetrate deep enough into the skin to give total numbing effect anyway. Lidocaine will also numb you and you won't have much sensation. So, if the time is right between the 2 of you, the your first time should be great.

How, why use xylocaine (lidocaine) gel on penis?

Xylocaine (lidocaine) on penis: Occasionally used by men (with a condom) as a treatment for premature ejaculation. It is recommended that it always be used with a condom since exposure to a partner will "desensitize" him/her as well and they may have difficulty in achieving climax.

Delay may be better: Both will act to delay climax, the idea being to allow one to perform longer (sorry for the pun). Lidocaine gel could potentially prevent orgasm and even anesthetize a women to the point of not enabling pleasre. I recommend a trial, you will be the best judge.
