Exercise: Nothing out of a bottle or off a plate is going to help you lose fat. This happens when, and only when, we start thinking of food as fuel rather than as comfort or entertainment, and exerise as both a pleasure and a duty. Reacquire your tastes for fruits and vegetables and lean protein. The more that a person searches for magic, the less likely they are to make any real health adjustments. ...Read more

Hi my body visceral fat lvl is high for the past two years. I lift 5 days a week, sleep 7 hours daily and have balanced diet. Why? I'm worry. Pls hlp
How do you LOOK?: I'd be less concerned with numbers purporting to give measurements than how you actually look. As a weight lifter, you're well-aware of how much surface fat you have and whether this robs you of definition. If you are trim / look lean and do not have an obvious pot belly, I would ignore both calculations and the "high tech scales" that gave you this result. ...Read more

Not that I know of: Am unaware of any evidence that associates second hand smoke with anything like that, particularly if in small amounts.
