I have viral exanthem for 2 days now. How long will the rashes completely fade? It is however concentrated in my face, will it not lead to dark spots?
If indeed: Most viral exanthema go away within a week or two. However if this is confined only to your face, consider a phototoxic or photoallergic reaction to the sun (often medication associated).
