See your doc: A lingering cough after an urti can mean a sinus infection or reactive airways, such as asthma. You need to see your doctor to determine what the problem is. An antibiotic should help if there is a sinus infection but will not help if it is asthma. ...Read more

I have dermatitis ,my dermatologist gave me levanic 500 twice a day and meconazole cream.my skin in better but my anal canal (from inside) is red,painful&itchy.Is it just inflammation or it's infected too?

Abscess: You did not send a picture with this but what you describe sounds like a small abscess which is a part of the skin that has under it an infection. You can apply warm compresses to it to try to make it open and drain but you really should see a physician and get a culture from what is inside if possible and be started on antibiotics. Scaly red rash: It is hard to tell what it is without seeing it, after one mos, it is time go for follow up visit with your 1ry care physician, some work up or a referal to a dermatologist to figure out the cause of your rash. Feel better. ...Read more

Check your cuff: The sphygmomanometer may have settings that limit the maximum pressure. If your blood pressure is always 150/90 or less for example, you may be able to tell you cuff to only go up to 170 (rather than 200 mmhg). This would make it more tolerable.
