There are many good Vipassana teachers, and you could attend one of their retreats to begin with. I suggest a day or weekend-long one to start with, because some last much longer. People like Jack Kornfeld, Tara Brach, and Sharon Salzberg are excellent. There are also recorded courses by these teachers via Sounds True, and these provide instructions too. Is it okay for me to do back exercises during a vipassana meditation course?

I don't know the specific back problem you have, or what type of back exercises you're considering. The vipassana retreat I just attended included some gentle, mindful yoga -- and people were of course free to amend postures according to any physical limitations they had (like back pain, etc). Please ask your doctor about any specific limitations s/he feels you need to observe with exercise.

How can i overcome from insomnia occured after 10 days vipassana(mindfulness) meditation retreat?

It's possible for the extended silence of a 10 day vipassana retreat to allow many things to come up for review -- things that your normal day-to-day busyness might suppress. After all, mindfulness is about waking up -- rather than going through our lives asleep. A psychotherapist familiar with meditation may be helpful to you now, in exploring your own individual experience. Many do this work.
