20, 200mg ibu, 2 Vicodin( 5-325 ) 1 vicaprofen(7.5-200), one naproxen(550mg), 2 tramadol(50mg each), and two Percocet(5-325). Every day. What happens?

Not OK: Haven't we met before over this question? Why is a 17 y.o. taking ALL that medication? What's going on? I assume the Penicillin's temporary? But HYDROCODONE+ Ibuprofen? What type of pains need all that @ your age? Prazosin for.....nightmares? And hydroxyzine for itching or nausea? Which tablets are weakest to strongest between tramadol 50mg, co-codamol 30-500mg & paracetamol 500mg with dihydrocodeine 30mg?
Easy for last 2: the last 2 drugs are essentially identical. In theory 50 mg of Tramadol is about equivalent to 30 mg of codeine. The concept of "stronger" is really not an easy one. Medications are metabolized differently by different people and what is an equivalent dose for one person may not be for another. In addition, codeine tends to have more side effects. There are dosages of the oxycodone and hydrocodone that are relatively equal (supposedly) in potency or pain relieving strength.
