I would suggest that you think more about the fact that you are using drugs, which I presume are unprescribed, even when you know you are subject to testing. I take vicodin 7.5 for two years. They are not helping like they used to. Would skipping a day every now and then help with their effectiveness?
Not for long term: Vicodin, because it is short acting and has Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it, is not for regular or long term use. It is not in any way appropriate pain management for chronic pain.
