I have been waking up with a headache that last 30 mins and I get a tingling sensation throughout the day on the back of my head?
I'm having a buzzing sensation In my lower abdomen and rectum, feels like fluttering or like a phone on vibrate. What could It be? Please help? TY!

R/O SLEEP APNEA/OSA: OSA can be suggested by history and physical. Excess snoring/daytime sleepiness/apneic episodes/ aM headaches. And the Exam obesity/small oral airway/collar size>18. Don't worry: To play it safe, I would get an Anafranil (clomipramine) level to make sure it is not above the therapeutic range, and an ekg as a baseline and to rule prolonged qtc interval. Is it one sided or two?

Your age is somewhat early for heart disease, but a positive family history for coronary artery disease could still mean you have to check it out.
