Hard to say: 4 days post ovulation would be too early to have any pregnancy symptoms, even if you are pregnant. These symptoms could be related to progesterone, the hormone released after ovulation.

Took plan b during ovulation now I have tender swollen breasts, hungry, emotional, tired, increased discharge and bloated. Did it fail?

Took plan b during ovulation now I have tender swollen breasts, hungry, emotional, tired, increased discharge and bloated. Did it fail?

Hard to guess: Plan B works regardless of ovulation, or broken condoms, or ejaculations into vaginas. Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which Plan B was taken, and sometimes the next cycle too, so there may be some irregular spotting. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, because Plan B works most of the time, but not all the time.

Sure: In general, home pregnancy tests are around 99% accurate. The most common problem with hpt kits is a negative result because the test was performed too soon after the expected onset of menses. If pregnancy is suspected despite a negative test, the test should be repeated in one week.

Possibly: A home pregnancy test will confirm your symptoms in a matter of minutes. The tests are accurate and fast. If not pregnant, consider repeating in a couple of days if you've missed your period. Otherwise, some Ibuprofen can help with cramping. Clear discharge from vagina is normal.
