See your doctor: The bloating you are describing does not sound like a typical weight gain. It could be related to your irritable bowel syndrome but you won't know without being,checked. Given your age and your thin body, it would be a good idea to see your doc sooner than later. ...Read more

Gastrointestinal: The fact that ur stomach sticks out despite u being skinny could just b due to poor mucsle tone in ur abdominal muscles which can b corrected with exercise.However,the bloating sounds like u have a gastrointestinal problem such as IBS, lactose intolerance, or gluten sensitivity (or even celikac disease).Try avoiding lactose.If that doesn't help,try avoiding gluten. It depends: I would wonder about excess gas coming from a stomach acid issue or perhaps some form of food intolerance or dysbiosis. In Chinese Medicine it's related to a "Spleen" or earth deficiency.
