Hi, For the past two months, I have palpation, very mild chest pain which is not frequent (once a day may be that too for an hour or so) and light head?

23F, feel sometimes warmth in chest, very mild chest pain that comes and goes + feeling need to take deep breath once in a while. Related to heart?
To add to my previous question. Would very mild chest pain and sometimes pain in arm for a few days be sign of heart disease? Norm Stress/ECHO/HM.27-30
I get shortness of breath when standing up. Sometimes I get chest tightness. And very rarely mild chest pain. I am 18 with normal echo and ekg. Is it cad?
SOB after standing: Could be gastritis. Try ranitidine/ prevecid. Normal echo/ EKG eliminates lots of conditions- abnormal heart wall thickness, mitral valve prolapse, abnormal rhythms. Did you have a stress echo test? That may tell a bit more as you see heart response to stress/hyperactivity. Check PFTs for asthma and tilt table test for autonomic dysfunction like orthostasis or tahycardia (POTS). f/u w/doc ...Read more

What else can cause very mild arm pain mild chest pain and nausea besides a heart attack? I've had discomfort all day but don't want to overreact...
Get checked out: The symptoms you describe could certainly be explained by a heart attack. Not everyone has the "classic" symptoms of crushing chest pain when they have a heart attack. There are certainly other possibilities, but since it is unclear the safest thing to do would be to get evaluated by a physician as soon as possible. ...Read more

Not severity: Severity is all but irrelevant as heart attacks can be painless. The single most important feature of angina is that it is provoked by exercise and relieved by rest. I get random mild chest pain on just my left side. Its maybe a 4 out of ten on a pain scale. What could it be?
Unsure: Any chest pain should be eval by a doctor, but the chest pain that usually concerns me is midline dull aching pain that is worse w exertion and better w rest. Can also radiate to jaw or left arm. A stress test may be a good idea. I also like to check a calcium score in high risk patients without chest pain. ...Read more
