Might eating very small amounts throughout the day cause very few bowel movements or constipation?
Depends: As long as u include fruits, veggies & fiber it should help. Also u must remain well hydrated. The lower bowel or colon reabsorbs fluid from the toll & if ur body says hey i need water, the colon is going 2 respond by extracting more water & make u more constipated. Start with basics:: drink at least 8 large glasses of water a day, eat raw vegetable and fruit every day, take probiotics or eat yogurt or kefir every day, eat high fiber grains like whole wheat, flax meal, wheat germ, etc and take a fiber supplement nightly, add a magnesium supplement 300-400mg daily, and cut back on cheese and processed foods.
