Very High Esr
My ESR was 61. 2 weeks later crp was 5.1. I suffer from anxiety but could my elevated ESR be a sign of cancer such as multiple mylemoma? Is this ESR very high? I'm very nervous. Should I get any follow ups?
I ve constant Upper Airway inflammation, Gastritis,lung issues, my ANCA level was very low, ESR sometimes high,is there any possibility of vasculitis?

Need more info....: Your question is too vague - how "high" is high? remember, as doctors we do not just treat a number - we need clinical correlation. What symptoms were you having at the time.? What is the total WBC count? Lymphocyte count? Why were you tested in the first place?
