Is it safe to take the slim quick diet pill along with the green coffee dietary supplement for weight management?
Coffee or tea?: With green coffee extract, make sure it's made in the usa, and contains at least 45% chlorogenic acid. The slimquick pill seems to rely on green tea extract as well as some other components. You will probably find more caffeine in it than the green coffee bean one. If you want a pill, pick just one kind, and combine with a consistent diet plan with accountability such as weight watchers. ...Read more

Most aren't needed: An over-the-counter adult multivitamin (+/- minerals) is fine for a teenager to take once a day. If a teen doesn't eat or drink much in the way of dairy products, then an adult vitamin D and calcium tablet is also needed.
