6 weeks pregnant, got sudden onset of dull right flank pain, no vaginal bleeding, hcg of >1500. Could these be signs of ectopic pregnancy?
You can't: There is no way to determine if you are pregnant between ovulation and the start of the next period. If you've had a positive test, most ectopics are pretty silent until about the 5th week at the earliest. Are you at risk for ectopic? If so and you are pregnant see a doctor asap, do not wait for symptoms.

Pain and bleeding: The classic signs of an ectopic pregnancy are pelvic pain (usually worse on one side), and spotting in early pregnancy. If you suspect that you might have an ectopic pregnancy, see a doctor right away so that s/he can determine where your pregnancy is growing and if there is a problem. Ectopic pregnancies can be treated without surgery if found early enough, but can be life-threatening otherwise.

Many possible: Er does evaluate for ectopic, but if you have a obg seeing him/her is a much better plan. Pelvic/abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding are most common symptoms. These are rarely present with an early ectopic though, so if there's reason for concern about ectopic consult your doctor, do not rely on symptoms.
