Should I even have break days? I'm 16. From Sun.Tues.Thrs.Sat. I do 11 sets 30 push-ups. Off days I do 2 sets of 120 vertical leg crunches.
Push-up and crunch: exercises don't require "break days" the way that heavy weight lifting does because using your own body weight does not strain the muscles enough to injure them. Light-weight exercises such as push-ups will make muscles toned and strong, but will not make them become significantly larger.
