Can verapamil cause weight gain? I take it for cluster headache prevention (only during a cluster preiod)& I just did a huge diet. Dont want to gain.

I've recently been prescribed 180 mg. Of verapamil extended release for svts & mild hypertension. Does it cause weight gain? Having trouble losing!
