Please repost: Your dad maybe? Piribedil & bensazeride are not available in the US. Where does 69 live? In US or abroad? If he lives here, will he continue to make his US neurologist's life more diffcult by insisting on using foreign drugs? Mucinex (guaifenesin): Mucinex (guaifenesin) does not need to be taken as often as Robitussin both contain guaifinesen. If you have a cough, make sure to get a DM formulation that has a cough suppressant in it, dextromethorphan. Beware that some formulations have a decongestant, good if you have a stuffy nose, but can keep you up at night. Try to take a cough suppressant/guaifenesen to loosen secretions at night. ? reflux: Often an under recognized cause of cough is GERD: gastroesophageal reflux disease. Stomach contents reflux up the esophagus and can irritate the throat, stimulating cough. OTC Pepcid works for this. Most often, a prolonged cough is multifactorial so the inhaler may be helping. Other strategies that often work are saline nasal washes, and steroid nasal spray. My dad age 64 was prescribed celexa 20mg for anxiety.   He takes losartan hctz 100 /12.5 januvia (sitagliptin) glyburide metformin aspirin lipitor.  Any problems?

Many interactions:: Aspirin and celexa (citalopram) can increase effects of glyburide causing lower blood sugar. Aspirin may reduce effects of losartan in lowering blood pressure. Celexa (citalopram) with aspirin may increase risk of bleeding. Sitagliptin may help control blood glucose levels thus requiring less glyburide. Sxs of low blood sugar: headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, hunger, tremor, weakness, sweating, and fast heart beat. ...Read more
