I have visible blue veins in abdomen and spider veins. I have gained some weight recently but i'm not pregnant. What can cause this?
Two things: The first possible reason is liver dysfunction which will cause protrusion of the abdomen from ascites(intra-abdominal fluid) and spider veins.
