Not directly, but...: The calories are extremely low - so in that way they're not fattening. Also veggies are not fattening. Even a bit of healthy oil (olive, canola) for cooking is fine. Other herbs & spices won't add calories either. But.... The sodium in soy sauce may cause water retention, etc so don't over-do that ingredient. Use a low sodium type or substitute / supplement with lemon or lime juice. Good for you! ...Read more
