Vb7 Forte Vitamin Tablets
Without a deficiency: There may be little benefit if you are not deficient. B6 has a toxicity state. Its one of the few water soluable vitamins that does. B12 deficiency often requires replacement bypass the GI tract (sublingual and intramuscular) as the problem generally is not an intake deficiency but rather a loss of ability to absorb it. Thiamine is rarely deficient: one has to be really malnourished. ...Read more
If I'm taking biotin forte with zinc, but I also eat good diet with lots of beans and B vitamin foods- will this cause excess B and zinc to build up?
There is no worry about B vitamins "building up." The only B vitamin that our body stores is B12 and it is non-toxic. The only B vitamin known to be toxic is B6 but one usually has to take over 200 mg/day; it is impossible to get anywhere near that via diet.
Zinc toxicity is not known unless one ingests at least 100 mg/day long-term. Diet levels never approach this.
So no need to worry. ...Read more

Doctor prescribe chymoral forte, fursultiamine compound, vitamin B1+B6+B12 for thigh swelling 1 month x ray of hip joint and lumbar clear. Effectivens?
Not sure.: As you are far away in a different country, & since practices vary by region, it's hard to guide you. I am not certain of your diagnosis. Chymoral Forte, to my knowledge, is chymotrypsin & trypsin, which are digestive enzymes. Unless there is some nutritional issue leading to swelling (protein deficiency?), I am not sure how the thiamine & vitamin supplements will help. Consider HealthTap Prime. ...Read more
Vitamins do not: Help w/weight gain. Your diet, exercise level, and your metabolism all determine your weight. Please start by seeing your doc to make sure thyroid and other hormones are in balance. Then see a nutritionist for an appropriate food plan. Good fats like coconut oil are good along w/protein. Exercise will build and define muscle. Please don't define yourself by your weight. ...Read more
Some are, some not: Vitamins tend to be mostly vegetarian, but some contain animal-derived products, especially vitamin a which may come from fish oil. Also, some vitamins are in gelatin-based gel-caps. Read the ingredients and avoid gel-caps. A quality multivitamin will usually state on the label if it is appropriate for vegetarians. ...Read more

Maybe: If you have a known vitamin deficiency, then replacement therapy is good for you. However, very few people in the USA eating anything close to a regular diet have vitamin deficiency. You can ask your doctor to test for specific vitamins, and discuss treatment. For almost everyone else, vitamin tablets are good for the financial health of the drug companies, but do not do much for the consumer. ...Read more
Probably unless...: There's no consensus but I believe the answer is yes unless you have an extraordinarily healthy diet. I don't know about the uk but in the us very few people get the recommended levels (rdi) of vitamins ; minerals from diet; even if they do there's evidence that levels above rdi can help prevent many illnesses. Some studies found little benefit but used poor quality vits. See http://bit. Ly/18xyule. ...Read more

Depends on cause...: There are lots of reasons for B12 deficiency, but can you offer more information about your medical history so we can help you learn why your B12 level is down? B12 can be supplemented orally, by nasal spray, by injection appropriate to the cause of the B12 deficiency. Talk with your doctor about which formulation is appropriate here--the shot does not require enteral absorption. ...Read more

Testing: Some medications can be tested for to assure there is adequate levels in your system. Mostly all drugs are digested and "dissolved" in your "system" and metabolized. Some pills do have an outer coating, but may have a gits (gasro-intestinal timed system) with a small pin-hole in them that slowly releases the drug. These may be visible in your stool, but rest assured the medication is usually out. ...Read more
Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea. It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed. Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful. The dose (read label and check that half or more of the ingredients are several 100 per cent above RDA. Dose more important than a long list. ...Read more
Biotin: Biotin is in the "b complex" family, and is not commonly deficient. Some foods contain it, and bacteria in your intestine make it. It's available in both multivitamin form and as a single supplement -- most often in pill form rather than im. It's water soluble, which means your body doesn't store it. You don't need a prescription for it. Http://tinyurl. Com/ksnwg4y. ...Read more
Benefits unclear: There is evidence vit e might prevent heart disease, cancer, macular degeneration & dementia but research has given mixed & conflicting results. One problem is many of the studies use synthetic e or just Alpha tocopherol, but only natural mixed tocopherols are likely beneficial. Better evidence for benefits of eating e-rich foods. You tell me.: If taking a multivitamin (mvi) pill helps your anxiety, it might be worth it for a while until you can get actual professional help for the anxiety - even though there is anxiety-relieving effect in and mvi, taking it may make you feel you are doing something about your anxiety. Professional help for anxiety would include seeing a therapist or psychiatrist for it. As for the larger question of... ...Read more
