Yes: Vasograin is ergotamine which is an older form of treatment for migraines. It can cause nausea and has been associated with constricting blood vessels which can lead to high blood pressure and stroke. Rarely when used to much it could possibly use to harderning of the tissue-fibrosis. I suffer from migraine weekly. Panadols and paracetamol doesn't help. Pacofen works occasionally, and cafergot (ergotamine and caffeine) is losing it's effect. What can I do?
