I : I suggest you see I certified diabetes educator and dietitian. Those fruits that might cause a higher sugar after you eat them are not bad and are part of a healthy meal plan. Concentrate on your overall average sugar, your hemoglobin a1c and avoid low sugars. Try to get to a healthier weight if you are overweight. Some people need Insulin for good glucose control.
