Took my vancomycin at 6 then at 10. It was 4 times a day so i took it 2 hours early. Will i be ok? I forgot it was every 6 hours.

Probably.: There is nothing certain but death and taxes. Any medicine (whether prescribed or not) can cause long term harm, but this is rare and unpredictable. No two people are the same. No medicine affects every one in exactly the same way. Since you feel well, then you'll likely be fine! If something changes, see your doc. A few days: Cellulitis usually needs at least a couple of days to start improving after starting antibiotic treatment, and indeed the symptoms can worsen for a day or two.
